>From your input file it appears that you are still using 1.2.3.  There was a 
bug in SCHEDULE:FILE:COMMA in version 1.2.3 when "rows to skip"=0.  The 
workaround is to add an extra row at the top of the file and set the "rows to 
skip" to 1 or more.  An even better solution is to upgrade to version 1.3.0 :-)
