[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Slat angle control

By mistake, slat angles needed to be radians rather than angles in 
versions prior to V1.3.  The problem was fixed in V1.3 -- I'm not sure 
if that's your problem or what others have described.

I'd suggest upgrading your input file (though V1.4 will be out shortly).
