There are a couple of problems in this input file that should concern you:

1) Loads Initialization does not converge.
    I took out the system from the input file and this problem went 
away -- this would imply that the problem is in the system definition 
and the zone temperatures keep getting warmer and warmer (or colder 
and colder) and not converging.

2) Unbalanced exhaust flow.  This is not too concerning, but you 
should check to make sure the exhaust fan is turned off when the 
system in turned off -- this error most often happens when the 
exhaust fan is running but there is no supply air.

It is possible once you correct #1 that the max iterations will go 
away.  You also have an hourly time step here -- we suggest a time 
step of 10 minutes for those input files with systems.  Also, you 
have specified a minimum system convergence -- it might be better 
until you are certain of things to allow these to default.
