[EnergyPlus_Support] SimHVAC Max Iterations Exceeded - Exh Fan?

I have changed the file I previously asked about with the 
airflownetwork and simulated basically the same thing w/o an 
airflownetwork.  In my newest file, I do have a zone exhaust fan, and 
when I added this fan in, it started giving me the following warning:

"SimHVAC: Maximum iterations (20) exceeded for all HVAC loops, at 
STERLING VA USA TMY2-93738 WMO#=724030, 01/14 12:00 - 13:00"

Other times are given, too; this is just the first one.  It says the 
error occurs 900 times.  However, the file still simulates the whole 
year, and the results look believable to me.

Does anybody know why this is happening and if I should be concerned 
(meaning, change something in the file to fix it)?  Again, it didn't 
start until I added my exhaust fan.  I tried to follow an example 
file with an exhaust fan as much as possible (I couldn't follow it 
exactly b/c the system and zoning were different than for my 
building).

I posted my IDF and ERR files in the "Problem Submittals" folder in a 
folder whose title starts with "KMF."

Any help appreciated!
