I have just got some output from Eplus for an unconditioned classroom
and the Fanger PMV values I am getting do not seem realistic. For
example at one point I have an operative temp of 24.4 Deg C an RH of
52% with a constant air velocity of 0.137m/s wearing summer clothing
(0.5clo) and with a heat output of 81W/m2 and I get a Fanger PMV value
of -2.2. All the Pierce indices are between -0.3 and +0.3 and KSUTV is
-0.1. 

So what went wrong with Fanger?
