I am interested but I am in Kuching, Sarawak, East Malaysia, on the Borneo
Island. Is there a chance for a web-seminar on Design Builder?

Hi All,

Two training events are being planned in Australia, and we're trying
to ascertain the level of interest. Please contact me if interested.
Both events are planned as 1-day workshops, and will concentrate on
developing geometry inputs to E+ using DesignBuilder. We have
selected a 3 storey commercial building, and possibly a residential
house to tackle (based on time availability). HVAC will be limited to
simple DX type systems. The idea is to equip users who want alternate
software to address parts of the BCA Section-J verification methods,
particularly for commercial and also for residential buildings. 

The first event is planned in Sydney for Thursday November 16th, and
the second event is planned in Adelaide for Sunday November 19th, just
before the IBPSA conference.

Venues are being still being confirmed. Participants are expected to
bring their own notebook computers (some desktops are available in
Adelaide), and will be provided with a 30 day license for
DesignBuilder. Costs will depend on the number of attendees (we are
running them on a cost recovery basis), but are expected to be less
than $500 (inclusive of GST).
