Arno,

Check your LIGHTS input.  Is there a Schedule associated with the LIGHTS 
that corresponds to the variation in Lights Total Heat Gain that you are 
seeing in your output?  Also, check the Fraction Replaceable field, 
which has to be set to 1.0 for dimming of lights to take place based on 
daylight illuminance levels.
