Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] about the underground floor load



The outside face environment of the roof should be OtherZoneSurface, because 
there is conditioned space above this zone, correct?

Setting the outside face environment to "ground" simply applies the current 
month's value from GROUND TEMPERATURES to the outside face of the wall or 
floor.  Check the values input for GROUND TEMPERATURES, they may be too low.
