Mike:

The eplusout.cif file (COMIS Input File) is used as a summary and 
verification of COMIS/EnergyPlus inputs and used as input to the original 
COMIS program for testing and debugging purpose. Since the 1.4 Version uses 
AIRNET as an airflow solver and COMIS is not used in the program, the 
eplusout.cif does not exist anymore.

Therefore, the calculated wind pressure coefficients using the 
SURFACE-AVERAGE CALCULATION are not available right now.

We may provide an output option to report the calculated wind pressure 
coefficients later.
