[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Psychrometric Error

Converted my weather file to .csv format and looked up data for 
04/01. everything appears normal. since the out-of-range data is 
occurring at an interval between 10:00 and 11:00, isn't it likely 
that this is a programing bug? perhaps i am misinterpretting the 
warning? my specific errors are as follows:
