[EnergyPlus_Support] Window Subsurface not bounded by Base Surface

I'm getting a warning that the base surface does not surround the
subsurface and therefore No-Overlap.  Will this cause any problems with
the output such as will the program still subtract the window area from
the wall area for the external opaque wall conduction?
