This should be covered under the internal mass statement but if memory
serves me, I believe you would specify the material (say partition
material) and double the area. (Because the zone sees two areas of
that internally. For furniture, it's a little trickier as the zone
only sees the 1 area of the furniture.
The use of that for partitions would be when you don't want to specify
all the room divisions in a space but want to account for the mass.
