[EnergyPlus_Support] simHVAC error

Hello,
   I am trying to run a simple hot water convective heating system 
using a boiler and a pump.  I have defined all of the plant loop 
inputs as well as the necessary zone level inputs, yet when I run the 
file I get repeated occurences of the "SimHVAC: Maximum iterations 
(20) exceeded for all HVAC loops" error.  I am placing my file in the 
files folder under Steindal_skole.idf.  Can anyone help me figure out 
why I am getting this error?  Are the inputs out of bounds, or is 
there something wrong with the controller?
