[EnergyPlus_Support] Re:very primary!-still finding difficulties

Thanks a lot, but the url still not found!!! and I still don't know where to start EnergyPlus from, using any of the interfaces mentioned on its pages? better to use DesignBuilder as I'm not studying HVAC, just building envelope parameters? and what are third party programs???
