EnergyPlus weather files are comma-separated and the format is described
in the AuxiliaryPrograms reference.   If the .met format is similar,
columnar data, then it should not be hard to translate EPW files to that format but the WeatherConverter converts from other formats into EPW, not from EPW into other formats.
