[EnergyPlus_Support] Dual Fan + Single Duct VAV w/ perimeter reheat

Dear EnergyPlus support,

I'm trying to model an office building that has
a) two supply and return fans installed in the AHU
b) single duct VAV with hot water radiators on its perimeter.

For a), is it possible to model them separately (parallel) or do they 
need to be combined? 

In regards, to b), what is the appropriate example from E+ example 
files folder 'VAVSingleDuctReheatBaseboard'?
