RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] "DOE2Translator"

When using Equest, the perimeter zones and internal zones do not get
defined with internal walls.  Will the DOE2Translator automatically fill
in these missing walls so that all the zones are closed and correctly
enter the nodes in the correct order concerning "lower right hand
corner" and "clockwise" for example.

It's a console application. you will need to open a command window 
to operate it. I believe there is a readme with it.

If not, we can extract the old documentation from the Auxiliary 
Programs document if it is no longer there.
