[EnergyPlus_Support] Wind pressure coefficients

Dear all:
Actually this is for those users of Design Builder,
but I think it?s almost the same in E+.
There?s something I don?t get very well about the
?wind pressure coefficients?. In order to know Cp
values around the building I?m working with, I?ve done
CFD analysis. In my case, the predominant wind comes
from north; it means that wind that flows from north
to south is what I?ve simulated by CFD. Then I can
know pressure distribution around the building, and
the Cp values too.

What?s the meaning of the 45° increments for each
value of Cp?

1. I have to manipulate velocity vectors from CFD
results so I can know the angle of incidence to each
surface. Anyway, for some surfaces it could be
possible only one main angle (for example north
facade, in my building, which is affected mainly for
wind normal to it).

2. I have to simulate the entire building for
different inlets, each of one corresponding to the 0°,
45°. 90°, respect to the building?

I don?t know. I hope you can help me to clear my ideas
as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot.
