I've been working with your tutorial.  Most excellent.

The documentation that comes with EnergyPlus is good reference 
material, but your tutorial gets you started, and was needed.

If you have the energy to expand your tutorial, I think it would be a 
good thing.  Here are some suggestions on areas of my interest:

1.  Mechanical system descriptions.
2.  Output options.

By the way, for objects 3 and 4 for the wall descriptions 
(chapter "heat transfer), I believe that the west and south walls 
might be reversed based on the coordinate geometry.
