[EnergyPlus_Support] Energy Cost Budget Reporting

Greetings:

Using the Energy Cost Budget methodology described in ASHRAE 90.1, an 
ancillary type of program is referenced.  I quote:

"Produce hourly reports of energy use by energy source suitable for 
determining the design energy cost and energy cost budget using a 
separate calculation engine"

Is there such a calculation engine for EnergyPlus that anyone is 
familiar with?
