I am not sure I understand the question completely.  

To model a DOAS plus fancoil unit serving the same zone.  Use an AIR PRIMARY 
LOOP with DIRECT AIR to model the DOAS, and zone equipment FAN COIL UNIT:4 PIPE 
to model the fancoil unit (see example file FanCoilAutoSize.idf).  To simplify 
setting up the fan coil units, you could use COMPACT HVAC:ZONE:FAN COIL to set 
up the fan coil unit(s), then merge the expidf file with the DOAS description, 
add the DIRECT AIR units to the ZONE EQUIPMENT LIST with priority=1 (see 
example file CompactHVAC-5ZoneFanCoil.idf).
