You should have been able to edit the .bs file.  But I don't know how 
complicated your building is.  You can also move the new zones within 
the HBLC environment.

How many zones do you have?  Yes, to do that all is time 
consuming.  And not clear what you are gaining by doing that other 
than a nice picture -- mostly the energy is not going to make a big difference.
