[EnergyPlus_Support] Compact Schedules

I have added the following fields to the several SCHEDULE:COMPACT 
objects to turn off internal heat gains during winter design 
simulations.

For: WinterDesignDay
Until: 24:00
0.0

A DesignDay object named "WinterDesignDay" is defined, but results 
show that internal loads are accounted for in both Summer & Winter 
design calculations. Can anyone help? I have uploaded the input file 
(p599adm-exp-4-23.idf)to the problem_submittals folder.
