[EnergyPlus_Support] OtherSideCoefficient

I am trying to vary the "User Selected ConstantTemperature" value in 
the 'OtherSideCoefficient" object according to a schedule. The 
resulting simulation output suggests that the scheduled temperature 
values do not ovverride the value entered in the "User Selected 
ConstantTemperature" field. Can someone please take a look at this? I 
have uploaded the input file into the \problem_submittals\ folder. 
Look for "P599adm_exp_4-23.idf"
