Lorenzo,

The blind slat angles under this control strategy also seemed 
non-intuitive to me at first.  However, when I took the time to manually 
sketch the blinds for a few time steps at the output "Window Blind Slat 
Angle", and sketch the "Solar Horizontal Profile Angle", I convinced 
myself that the resulting blind angles are correct.  Note that this slat 
angle is calculated to block direct transmission of beam solar, but it 
is not intended to block diffuse reflection of that beam solar from the 
blind slat surfaces into the zone.
