[EnergyPlus_Support] Humidity control problem

To set up the indoor environment control at 24¢ªC DB, 30% RH, What is 
the demanding field or object? 
First, modulated outside air pretreat : set point manager. but indoor 
RH and humidity ration unchanged.
then modulated plant equipment : condenser and chilled capacity and 
flow rate, etc repeatedly. But RH value and humidity ratio unchanged. 
What is the most demanding part on RH control and humidity ratio and 
also zone mean temperature. which field or object should be changed?
