[EnergyPlus_Support] Electrcity output report

Thanks again for your help
As report meter, Report variables are showed.
By the way, the value of Electricity:HVAC is much smaller than other 
component's values.
What is Electricity:Facility and Electricity:Building and 
electricity:Plant?
What is the  correct meaning of those values in simulation?
Especially, I'm so confused about between facility and plant.
Please let me the difference about those values
