[EnergyPlus_Support] turn off chiller

Hello

I'd like to know how could I turn off only the chiller equipment due
to outside air temperature. My objective is to turn off the chiller
but insuflate outside air, using the supply fan, whenever the
outside air temperature is ok for that (free-cooling/ mechanical
ventilation).
My chiller is a electric one, with air cooled condenser type.
Using the system availability manager all the system is turned off,
including fans, causing the attached kind of problems.
Would someone please help me???
Thanks in advance,

Thais Aya H. Inatomi
