To get a listing of all available report variables for a given input file, add 
"report,  variable dictionary;" to the input, run a simulation, and look in the 
.rdd output file.  For example file VAVSingleDuctReheat.IDF, the rdd output 
includes these variables:

HVAC,Sum,Zone Mechanical Ventilation Total Volume of Outside Air [m3]
HVAC,Sum,Zone Mechanical Ventilation Total Mass of Outside Air [kg]
HVAC,Average,Zone Mechanical Ventilation Air Change Rate [ach]

These same variables should show in your rdd output file.  Then add REPORT 
VARIABLE objects to produce output for these values.  For example:

REPORT VARIABLE, *, Zone Mechanical Ventilation Air Change Rate, hourly;
