1. There are many reporting options in EnergyPlus.  Some of the output files 
only apply to certain types of report options.  For general output 
instructions, please see the section "Input for Output" in the Input Output 
Reference document.

2.  The loads due to the building envelope are not reportable as a separate 
output.
