"Fan Coil Total Cooling Rate" is the net cooling provided to the zone, 
including free cooling from outside air delivered by the fan coil unit.  It is 
not the chilled water demand from the fan coil unit.  For that, you would need 
to report "Total Water Cooling Coil Rate" or "Water Cooling Coil Chilled Water 
Consumption".  

Most report variables are defined in the Input Output Reference.  Search for 
the report variable name.
