[EnergyPlus_Support] Purchased Cooling vs Fan coil cooling

Hi there

I'm getting results of Purchased cooling being lower than the sum of 
the fan coil cooling rates.  Can anyone shed some light on why this is 
so?  Could this be some issue with design limits of the purchased 
cooling? I have set it to 1MW.
