Look at example file:
5ZoneAirCooledConvCoef.idf

and the "ConvectionCoefficients" object.  Also look in the Input Output 
Reference for the same object and the 
ConvectionCoefficients:MultipleSurface object descriptions.

These will allow you to change convection coefficients for one or many 
surfaces in your file.
