No, BOILER:SIMPLE does nothing more than apply the nominal efficiency and a 
part-load curve.  It does not model any jacket losses, and so it's efficiency 
is not sensitive to the supply temperature.  Also, with no piping losses in the 
simulation, that effect is not present either.  So, I would expect the same 
boiler energy consumption for these two cases.

I can't think of an easy way to model this with current capabilities.
