Thanks for your answer. I have been looking for the report variable for the condensation flag but I could't find it. Is it something direct or do we have to postprocess the  surface and dew point temperatures?

EnergyPlus does not model condensation on windows or wall surfaces. EnergyPlus 
 only reports if condensation would occur (simply by comparing the surface 
 temperature with the zone dew point).
