If you have installed EnergyPlus V2.0, then the Known Issues file is 
in the root folder.  Otherwise, you can also view it on this web site 
in folder:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Updates/

But it doesn't have much more information than that there are 
differences noted currently between the CTF and CondFD runs.
