[EnergyPlus_Support] Solar heat gain calculation in the tall building
Dear All,
I am calculating the cooling load for a tall building (about 250m
Height). I read a artical saying that the solar heat gain should be
modified on the higher floor of the building because solar irradiance
is bigger than that in the floor near the ground.
Are there equations calculating the difference of solar heat gain
between higher floor and lower floor of the building?
The effect of altitude on cooling/heating load in a tall building is
considered in the EnergyPlus Program?
Thanks,
Meng Shi-rong
