This is discussed briefly in the Engineering Reference under "Inside Heat 
Balance" (beginning on p. 47, pdf p. 83).  There are no report variables for 
the LW or visible radiant flux at a surface.  I suppose you could observe the 
effect of this flux by reporting Surface Inside Temperature with and without 
the internal gain present.
