The desiccant regen coil cannot be autosized.  The error message indicates that 
the coil size needs to be at least 7712.001543[W], and the coil is not 
delivering any heating (either because it is scheduled off or its capacity is 
zero).  Specify a size on the regen coil object that is 7713[W] or greater.
