[EnergyPlus_Support] Sensible Heat Gain isn't showed

Hi,

The building was 18story building served DOAS and PTHP but now 2story 
building.
16 floors were removed to find out the cooling simulation problem,
reduced the size of building and then runned simulation.
But people sensible heat gain is not showed in the report Exce file.
There is only 0 and Cooling Electricity is also 0 in the meter file.
I refered example file, PackagedTerminalHeatPump.idf and 
DesiccantCVRHCtrl.idf

Why people sensible heat gain is not recognized?
Please help me
