Illuminance map files do not have years on them, just mon/day and time:
01/21 
08:00,x=0.10,x=0.76,x=1.41,x=2.07,x=2.72,x=3.38,x=4.03,x=4.69,x=5.34,x=6.00

I don't know what happens if you are using a different regional date 
system but the above it what the date lines in the map should look like.

You cannot get map values as annual or monthly averages.  You'd need 
to look up the documentation for your other question though I believe 
it will be limited to the hours when the sun is  up.
