[EnergyPlus_Support] Different values in EnergyPlus& from DesignBuilder..

Hi Agaian,
  I'm using Designbuilder with Energy Plus, the same version of E+, But some values are different:
  - U value of opaque parts reported in EnergyPlus differs from this shown in DesignBuilder
  - Syns cooling and heating energy aslo differ between the two programs.
  Other strangely different valuse within EnergyPlus are:
  - Time zone, although shown in idf.: +2 from weather file , in the resulting "Input Verification and Results Summary", it's +! !
  - Reported area of windows under "Input Verification and Results Summary"- Envelope, differs from the reported value under "Input Verification and Results Summary"- Zone summary.
  Are there any possible reasons for these discrepancies?
