[EnergyPlus_Support] Ground Source heat pump equation coefficients

Dear E+ Support Group,
I am modelling a system which uses ground source (water-to-air) heat
pumps and wish to know how to create curve fit coefficients specific
to the manufacturer and model equipment in use at the site.  I've
reviewed a couple of the OK State thesis papers which describe how E+
simulations of this system (Tang and Murugappan), and I am aware that
they reference a spreadsheet tool for creating coefficients from
manufacturer data, but I don't know  where that tool might be obtained.
Has one of you got information or experience that can help me create
these custom coefficients?  Thanks!
