Look at the section on Parametric spreadsheets in the Auxiliary 
programs document and see if it answers your quesitons.

We include spreadsheets for the Water to Water and Water to Air heat 
pumps.  For the Ground source there is an example G-function library 
spreadsheet but you will have to obtain the actual program from other 
sources.  I believe they call it GLHEPro.
