If you are looking for sensible heating and cooling loads, then these will be 
equivalent:

  Purchased Air Heating Rate[W]
  Zone/Sys Sensible Heating Rate[W]

  Purchased Air Sensible Cooling Rate[W]
  Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Rate[W]

Purchased air also computes the latent load required to provide the user-
specified humidity ratio.  This may or may not be useful depending on the 
particular application, because Purchased Air does not control the zone to a 
specific humidity level.  Purchased Air Total Cooling Rate[W] includes this 
latent load.
