[EnergyPlus_Support] Supply Plenum and Return Plenum

Dear All,

I´m studying the COMPACT HVAC - GROUP, particulary, the COMPACT
HVAC:System:VAV object, from the I/O Reference manual. I´m having hard
time to understand the meaning of "Supply Plenum" and "Return Plenum".
Can you help me?
