[EnergyPlus_Support] Challenging Space

Dear Energy Support Group,

I have been asked to model an indoor pool area with partially retractable walls and skylights. During the summer months (June - August), the walls and skylights will be opened when the temperature gets above 70 degrees and remain down during chilly days. The HVAC will not operate when the walls are raised, but will turn on in the evening hours when the walls are lowered.

Is it possibly to accurately model this space? Any suggestions as to how to approach it? Also, how do we model a swimming pool area?

  Thank you for your help!

  Judy Peters
