[EnergyPlus_Support] A question about the solar radiation calculation in the DesingDay object

Dear all

I have a question about the DesingnDay object.

In this object, there is a skyclearness field.

The value in this field is used to calculation the dircet and diffuse solar radiaton, but I can't find the formula in the help document.

I want to know the solar radiation calculation formula.

which one can give me this formula ?
