[EnergyPlus_Support] Electric radiators question

Hello all,

I would like to simulate electric radiators (that is similar to hot water radiators, but operating with electricity) with EnergyPlus. Which is the way to do this simulation?
I think I should use either BASEBOARD HEATER:ELECTRIC:Convective or
  LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:ELECTRIC
Could you please tell me which is the difference between these two options and whether any of these is suitable for my simulation? If not, which option then is more suitable?

  With regards,
  Katerina
