[EnergyPlus_Support] V2.0 electric generator - change: baseload to track schedule

Hello:

I have just upload a file to the problem submital area, because I am 
getting a crash when I change the  ELECTRIC LOAD CENTER:DISTRIBUTION, 
from BASELOAD to TRACK SCHEDULE.
